Notification of Transactions by PDMRs
Grant of awards under the Company's Performance Share Plan
On 5 July 2023, the following Executive Directors were granted awards over ordinary shares in the Company under the Baltic Classifieds Group PLC Performance Share Plan (the "PSP") as noted below:

Awards were also granted to 17 other employees.
The awards were granted in the form of options with a per share exercise price equal to the nominal value of a share.
Subject to the terms of the PSP, the awards will ordinarily vest and become exercisable on the third anniversary of grant of the award. The vesting of the awards is subject to the satisfaction of a performance condition based on Earnings per Share assessed over a performance ending with the end of the financial year to 30 April 2026. Details of the performance conditions will be included in the Company's Directors' Remuneration Report for the year ending 30 April 2023.
Shares acquired by the Executive Directors pursuant to their awards (other than any sold to cover tax liabilities) will ordinarily be subject to a further two year holding period following vesting.
