The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Rūta Armonė as an Independent Non-executive Director of the Company and as a member of Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees with effect from 11 June 2024.

Rūta is experienced in corporate, M&A, and securities law and is a partner and co-chair of the Corporate and M&A practice at Ellex Valiunas law firm. Rūta actively participates in working groups and associations aimed at enhancing the legal and tax environment to support high-growth tech companies. She holds an LLM from the Institute for Law and Finance (Goethe University Frankfurt) and an International EMBA from the Baltic Management Institute. 

Following Rūta's appointment, the Board comprises four Independent Non-Executive Directors, one Non-Executive Director (from Apax), three Executive Directors and a Non-Executive Chair.

Commenting on the appointment, Trevor Mather, Chair said:

"I am delighted that Rūta has agreed to join our Board and will be bringing extensive professional expertise to complement the balance of skills and experience on our Board. We welcome Rūta to the team and look forward to working with her as we continue to drive the business forward." 

There is no further information to be disclosed for the purposes of Listing Rule 9.6.13R. Rūta does not currently hold any shares in the Company.
