In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), the Company advises that it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Mr Philip Bowman, a non-executive Director of the Company, has advised that he was appointed a Director of Sky Television Network Limited with effect from 1 September 2019. Sky Television Network Limited was listed on both the New Zealand Stock Exchange on 28 June 2005 and the Australian Stock Exchange on 4 July 2005.
