Director Declaration

In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), the Company advises that it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Mr Richard Crowder, a non-executive Director of the Company, has advised that he was appointed as a director of London Central Portfolio Property Fund Ltd (trading as London Central Apartments III) with effect from 3 May 2016. London Central Portfolio Property Fund Ltd was admitted to the Official List of the Channel Islands Securities Exchange Authority ("CISEA") on 3 August 2015.

Further, Mr Crowder has also advised that he was appointed as a director of London Central Residential Recovery Fund Ltd with effect from 3 May 2016. London Central Residential Recovery Fund Ltd was admitted to the Official List of the CISEA on 22 January 2010.
