In accordance with the requirements of Listing Rule 9.6.14 (2), the Company advises that it has been notified of the following change to directorships in other publicly quoted companies held by a member of the Board.

Mr Philip Bowman, a non-executive Director of the Company, has advised that he was appointed as a director of Kathmandu Holdings Ltd with effect from 2 October 2017. Kathmandu Holdings Ltd was listed on both the New Zealand Stock Exchange and Australian Stock Exchange on 13 November 2009.
