The Company has been notified today that Avril Palmer-Baunack gifted 2 million Ordinary Shares of £0.01 each in the capital of the Company on 12th March 2019 for nil consideration to her daughter.
Following this transfer, Avril Palmer-Baunack holds 6,801,274 shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.87 % of the total issued shares in the Company (excluding shares held in treasury).
