Rightster Group plc (LSE AIM: RSTR), the cloud-based global video distribution and monetisation network, today announces that, further to the announcement made on 28 January 2015, the appointment of Patrick Walker, CEO, to the Board of Rightster Group plc is now effective.

In the last five years Mr Walker (aged 47) has been a director at Base79 Limited, Rightster Limited, Viral Management Limited and Bridges for Music.

There is no further information on Patrick Walker required to be disclosed under Schedule Two, paragraph (g) (i)-(viii) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
