TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL
The Company announces that it has today admitted 591,496 of its ordinary shares of one penny each ("Ordinary Shares") pursuant to its scrip dividend scheme as announced on 14 August 2019.
The Company confirms that as at 30 August 2019, the issued share capital of the Company consisted of 423,359,089 Ordinary Shares with each Ordinary Share carrying one voting right.
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 423,359,089. This figure (423,359,089) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to, their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
