Notification of Board Changes

The Company announces that Mr Randeep Grewal and Mr Paul Southgate, who have served on the Board since the launch of the Company in December 2016, have today retired from the Board.

Ms Kate Bolsover, who joined the Board in July 2021, has been appointed Chairman of the Board with immediate effect.

Ms Clare Brady, who joined the Board in February 2025, has today been appointed as Chairman of the Audit and Risk Committee, with Ms Jo Dixon remaining on the Board as Senior Independent Director until the 2026 AGM. Ms Sarah MacAulay was also appointed in February 2025 to further strengthen the Board.

The Board is engaged in an ongoing search with a head-hunter for another suitable independent non-executive director, who will succeed Jo Dixon upon her retirement at the AGM in 2026. The Board is cognisant that they need to appoint a Parker Review compliant individual and will provide further updates in due course.
