In compliance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6.1) BBGI SICAV S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global PPP infrastructure investment company, confirms that, as at 30 April 2019, the Company had issued share capital consisting of 580,119,122 ordinary shares of no par value with voting rights.
Accordingly, the total voting rights in respect of the Company were 580,119,122. Shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company.
