Results of Extraordinary General Meeting

BBGI SICAV S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the international PPP infrastructure investment company, is pleased to announce that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today, 28 April 2017, the Sole Resolution was duly approved by shareholders.

Details of the votes validly cast are set out below:

The full text of the Sole Resolution may be found in the Convening Notice to an Extraordinary General Meeting dated 29 March 2017, copies of which are available on both the Company's website www.bb-gi.com ** and on the National Storage Mechanism www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm **.
