In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), BBGI SICAV S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI) announces that Mr. Howard Myles, a member of the Supervisory Board, has informed the Company of his appointment to the Board of the Forest Company Limited as a non-executive director and Chairman of the Audit Committee on an interim basis for the period 24 October 2016 to 26 April 2017. This appointment is due to the temporary absence of the current Chairman of the Audit Committee and non-executive director.

The Forest Company Limited is a closed-ended investment company, incorporated and registered in Guernsey, and listed on the Channel Islands Securities Exchange.
