In compliance with the UK Listing Rules (LR 9.6.14) BBGI SICAV S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure investment company, announces that Howard Myles, Senior Independent Director, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Aberdeen Latin American Income Fund Limited, with effect from 1 October 2020. Mr Myles is due to retire from his position as Chairman of JP Morgan Brazil Investment Trust plc on 17 September 2020.
