BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure investment company, announces that application has been made for 556,096 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the new shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 16 May 2022. Following Admission, the number of ordinary shares the Company has in issue will be 713,256,617.

The application is being made pursuant to the LTIP awards for 2018-2021, originally granted on 21 December 2018, and pursuant to the STIP awards for the financial year ended 31 December 2021, one third of which was to be settled in shares after taking into account any tax liability. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
