BBGI SICAV S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the global infrastructure investment company, announces that application has been made for 2,815,729 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the new shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 24 October 2018. Following Admission, the number of ordinary shares the Company has in issue will be 580,005,151.

The application is being made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash for the 2018 interim dividend in respect of the financial period from 1 January 2018 to 30 June 2018. The reference price was 144.78 pence per scrip dividend share, and elections for a scrip dividend were received in respect of 22.83% of the ordinary shares in issue as at the record date of 7 September 2018. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

A copy of the Scrip Dividend Circular dated 17 September 2018 is available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM *.
