BBGI SICAV S.A. (LSE ticker: BBGI), the international PPP infrastructure investment company, announces that application has been made for 1,699,452 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the London Stock Exchange. It is expected that Admission will become effective and dealings in the new shares will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 29 June 2016. Following Admission, the number of ordinary shares the Company has in issue will be 432,092,455.

The application is being made pursuant to the scrip dividend alternative in lieu of cash for the 2015 final dividend in respect of the year ended 31 December 2015. Elections for a scrip dividend were received in respect of 17.39% of the ordinary shares in issue as at the record date of 13 May 2016. When issued, these Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.

A copy of the document relating to the Scrip Dividend Alternative dated 23 May 2016 is available for inspection at the National Storage Mechanism www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM *.
