Director Dealing
The Company was informed yesterday that Paul Howard, Non-Executive Director, has acquired 1,050,000 ordinary shares in SSW at a price of 3.95 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Howard's notifiable interest stands at 1,550,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.5 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
