Posting of Annual Report & Notice of AGM
Barkby Group PLC (AIM:BARK), the diversified business group, has today posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 1 July 2021 and a notice convening the Company's 2022 Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). These documents are available for viewing on the Company's website at www.barkbygroup.com.
Details of the AGM
The AGM will be held at the Company's registered office at 115b Innovation Drive, Milton, Abingdon, OX14 4RZ on 8 February 2022 at 10.00 a.m.
The current intention is to proceed with the holding of the AGM as an open meeting. However, it remains the board's priority to ensure the health and wellbeing of all stakeholders and given the uncertainties regarding COVID-19, it may become necessary to make alternative arrangements for the AGM and the manner in which it is held.
