New lease for The Ebrington Arms, Ebrington, Gloucestershire
The Barkby Group PLC, the diversified business group, is pleased to announce that Barkby Hospitality has entered into a new six year leasehold agreement for The Ebrington Arms, in Ebrington, Gloucestershire.
The Ebrington Arms is a 17th century village pub with five luxury rooms. It holds 2 AA Rosettes and has been rated as The Times' 'number one UK village pub', while the Daily Telegraph rated the pub as the best 'UK Pub for Food'.
The Ebrington Arms lease is a further expansion of the Group's portfolio of high-quality pubs with accommodation that is taking advantage of the trend away from branded pubs towards premium pubs that serve local produce. Barkby Pubs' portfolio now consists of seven premises with a total of 60 rooms.
