Swallowfield plc announces that Peter Houston, Group Finance Director, will be leaving the Group as from 31 December 2009 in order to pursue other interests.
Ian Mackinnon, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
"We would like to thank Peter for his contribution over the last few years in helping to turn around the business. He leaves the business in a strong position to capitalise on future growth opportunities and we wish him well."
Swallowfield plc is also pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Warren as Group Finance Director with effect from 1 January 2010.
Mark was Managing Director Operations for Actavis UK Ltd for 4 years and as Finance Director for 3 years. Prior to this Mark worked for Interbrew UK Ltd for 7 years latterly as Corporate Controller.
Ian Mackinnon, Chief Executive Officer, commented:
"We are delighted that Mark will be joining the Swallowfield Board for the next stage of the company's development and growth. He brings extensive financial, commercial and operational management experience from across a range of customer oriented businesses operating in global markets."
