Director Dealing
The Company received notification on 5 May 2015 that S.G. Textile Holdings Ltd., a significant shareholder in the Company transferred as a dividend in kind on 21 April 2015, 7,476,360 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to its ultimate shareholders, of which 1,046,690 Ordinary Shares were transferred to Man Capital Management Ltd. and 6,429,670 Ordinary Shares were transferred to Barinboim Properties Ltd.
S.G. Textile Holdings Ltd. is wholly owned by Silverboim Industries Ltd., which in turn is owned 14% by Man Capital Management Ltd., a company wholly owned by Marc Zalcman, a non-executive director to the Company.
Following the transaction S.G. Textile Holdings Ltd's remaining interest in the Company consists of 573,750 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.14% of the Company's share capital.
Following the dividend in kind, Marc Zalcman continues to have an interest in approximately 2.24% of the Company's share capital.
