(the "Company") was notified on 18 April 2018 that the following Directors acquired on 17 April 2018 such number of the Company's ordinary shares of 41/6 pence ("Ordinary Shares") as set out against their names below, following the vesting of the 2015 awards under the A.G. BARR p.l.c. Long Term Incentive Plan 2014 (the "LTIP").
