NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY ("PDMR") OR CONNECTED PERSONS
Following a delay from its registrar, A.G. BARR p.l.c. (the "Company") was notified on 2 June 2026 that Julie Barr, Chief Legal & Sustainability Officer, was granted options over 3,150 of the Company's ordinary shares of 41/6 pence ("Ordinary Shares") on 22 May 2026, in accordance with the terms of the A.G. BARR p.l.c. Sharesave Scheme 2026 (the "Scheme"). These options have an exercise price of £5.777 per Ordinary Share and the period during which they can be exercised is 1 July 2026 to 30 June 2029.
