A.G. BARR p.l.c. (the "Company") was notified on 30 April 2014 that the following Directors acquired on 30 April 2014 such number of the Company's ordinary shares of 41/6 pence ("Ordinary Shares") as set out against their names below for no consideration, following the vesting of the 2011 awards under the A.G. BARR p.l.c. Long Term Incentive Plan 2003.
