BABCOCK ANNOUNCES PUBLICATION OF FINAL TERMS

The final terms dated 31 May 2017 (the "Final Terms") relating to the issue by Babcock on 2 June 2017 of GBP 50,000,000 1.875 per cent. Notes due 2026 (the "Notes") (to be consolidated and form a single series with the existing GBP 250,000,000 1.875 per cent. Notes due 2026) have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and are available for viewing.

The Notes have been issued pursuant to the base prospectus dated 19 September 2016 (the "Base Prospectus") relating to the £1,800,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme (the "Programme") of Babcock.
