TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
BAE Systems plc (the "Company") announces that, in accordance with the terms of its share repurchase programme announced on 28 July 2022, the Company purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 2.5p each from Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by BAE Systems plc on 28 July 2022.

Since 28 July 2022, BAE Systems plc has purchased 10,556,827 shares at a cost (including dealing and associated costs) of £101,744,681.63.
