Accsys Technologies PLC31 May 2007 AIM: AXS Accsys Technologies PLC ("Accsys" or "the Company") Total Voting Rights For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure andTransparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital which carriesvoting rights at the date of this notice is €1,487,615.02 and consists of148,761,502 ordinary shares of €0.01 each, with one voting right per ordinaryshare, all of which have been admitted to trading on AiM. None of the ordinaryshares are held by the Company in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 148,761,502.
