Issuance of Shares and Total Voting Rights

Accsys, the fast-growing and eco-friendly company that combines chemistry and technology to create high performance, sustainable wood building products announces the conditional issue of 227,772 new ordinary shares of €0.05 each in the Company ("Shares") to the Company's Employee Benefit Trust ("EBT").

These Shares have been conditionally issued and allotted following the exercise of nil cost options, granted in 2016 under the Company's 2013 Long Term Incentive Plan ("Plan").

The 227,772 Shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM and Euronext Amsterdam on 21 July 2021. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.

The total voting rights in the Company following the issue of the Shares will be 192,294,625. Following the issue of the Shares, this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company's securities under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
