Accsys, the fast-growing and eco-friendly company that combines chemistry and technology to create high performance, sustainable wood building products, announces that William Rudge, Finance Director, has decided after 12 years with Accsys to resign from the Company to pursue new opportunities.

In order to ensure an orderly handover, William has agreed to step down by no later than January 2023, consistent with his contractual terms. This date may be bought forward by mutual agreement and the Board will make further announcements as appropriate.

A search for William's successor is underway, in the meantime he will remain focused on the success of the Company in delivering its strategy, together with ensuring the effective transition of his responsibilities.

Stephen Odell, Non-Executive Chairman of Accsys, commented:

"I would like to thank Will on behalf of the Board for his 12 years of service to Accsys in which he has contributed meaningfully to development of our Company. During this time Will has been integral to the expansion of our business which has significantly increased production and more recently, he has effectively managed finances of the business through the challenges posed by Covid-19 with our business, as we stated at our results in June, set to almost double EBITDA this year."
