Directorate changes

Accsys Technologies PLC ("Accsys" or "the Company") announces the appointment of Kevin David Wood as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), with effect from 18th June 2008. Mr Wood, aged 42, has joined the Board as an Executive Director.

Mr Wood replaces Glyn C Thomas who resigned on 18th June 2008 to assume the full time role as CFO of the Company's licensee, Diamond Wood China Limited.

Mr Wood has held has held the following directorships or partnerships within the last 5 years:

Staplemead Dairy Products Limited 

Arla Foods Finance Limited

Bapco Closures Holdings Limited

Miltenvale Limited (a nominee company, which was in the last 12 months made dormant and voluntary liquidated. There were no outstanding creditors or issues.)

The Company also announces the appointment of Thomas Henry Walter Priday with effect from 18th June 2008. Mr Priday, aged 50 has joined the Board as a non-executive director.

Mr Priday is currently a director of Finisterre Capital LLP.

In accordance with the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company confirms that there is no further disclosure obligation required, pursuant to Rule 17, Schedule Two, Paragraph (g).
