Board Changes
Accsys announces the appointment of Hans Pauli to the board as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO"), with effect from 01 April 2010.
Mr Pauli replaces Kevin Wood who will become a non-executive director in which capacity he will be working with Mr Pauli to ensure a smooth transition.
In addition, Tim Paterson-Brown and Tom Priday are resigning as non-executive directors with effect from 31st March 2010 to concentrate on other business interests.
Hans Pauli, aged 50, will split his time between the London head office and The Netherlands at the Company's Arnhem production and development plant, affording the Company for the first time a board level presence in both London and Arnhem.
Hans brings with him a wealth of financial, investment, distribution and licensing experience, obtained in both public and private companies in a raft of sectors including bio-tech and banking. Hans was formerly Finance Director for OctoPlus N.V., a bio-tech company based in Holland and listed on Euronext Amsterdam.

Johannes Catharina Hermanus Leonardus (Hans) Pauli is a director and sole owner of Dordtwijck B.V. and is a director of BAC B.V. and MedSciences Capital II B.V. Within the last five years he has also been director of PamGene B.V.
Within twelve months of his ceasing to be a director, RingRosa N.V went into liquidation in the second quarter of 2001.
There are no other disclosures to be made pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule Two of the AIM Rules in connection with Mr Pauli's appointment to the board of Accsys.

Tricoya® Wood Elements (www.tricoya.com) is Titan Wood's proprietary technology for the acetylation of wood fibres, chips, and particles for use in the fabrication of wood based composites, including panel products. These composites demonstrate enhanced durability and dimensional stability which allow them to be used in a variety of applications which were once limited to solid wood or man-made products. Tricoya® Wood Elements is lauded as the first major innovation in the wood composites industry in more than 30 years.
Wood Acetylation is a process, which increases the amount of 'acetyl' molecules in wood, thereby changing its physical properties. The environmentally responsible process protects wood from rot by making it "inedible" to most micro-organisms and insects, without - unlike conventional treatments - making it toxic. It also greatly reduces the wood's tendency to swell and shrink, making it less prone to cracking and ensuring that, when painted, it requires dramatically reduced maintenance. Acetylated wood's increased durability offers major carbon sequestration advantages, compared to other woods and man-made building materials such as steel, vinyl, and plastic.
Wood Composites include a range of derivative wood products which are manufactured by binding together the strands, particles, fibres, or veneers of wood together with adhesives to form composite materials. These products are engineered to precise design specifications which are tested to meet national or international standards.
