SUB: UNAUDITED FINANCIAL RESULTS OF AXIS BANK LIMITED FOR THE QUARTER / NINE MONTHS ENDING AS ON 31ST DECEMBER, 2015.
REF: REGULATIONS 29 (1) (a), 46 (2) and 47 (1) (a) OF SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 ('LISTING REGULATIONS').
Notice is hereby given that the 167th meeting of the Board of Directors of Axis Bank Limited ("the Bank") will be held on Tuesday, 19th January, 2016 and on Wednesday, 20th January, 2016 at the Corporate Office of the Bank at Axis House, C - 2, Wadia International Centre, Pandurang Budhkar Marg, Worli, Mumbai - 400 025, to inter alia consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the Quarter / Nine months ending as on 31st December, 2015, subject to a limited review by the Statutory Auditors.
In compliance with Regulations 46 (2) and 47 (1) (a) of Listing Regulations, please note that the notice of the said meeting for the above purpose is also being published in the newspapers and uploaded on the website of the Bank. Further please note that the said Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank will also be published in newspapers as required under the said Listing Regulations.
Further, please note that the blackout period for dealing in shares / securities of the Bank will commence from 1st January, 2016 upto 22nd January, 2016 (both days inclusive), under the "Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders - July 2015" formulated and adopted by the Bank in terms of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
