REF: REGULATION 30 OF THE SEBI (LISTING OBLIGATIONS AND DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENTS) REGULATIONS, 2015 ("LISTING REGULATIONS").
This is to inform you that credit rating agency Fitch Ratings have on June 15, 2022, revised the rating outlook to Stable from Negative on the Long-Term Issuer Default Ratings of the Bank.
