Avesco was today notified that Taya Communications Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Taya Investment Company Ltd ("Taya"), purchased 177,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 157p per Ordinary Share on 12 February 2013. Following this transaction, Taya holds 7,784,878 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 29.99% of the Company's total voting rights.
Ami Giniger, a non-executive director of Avesco, is the chairman and controlling shareholder of Taya.
