Directors' Dealings

Avesco Group plc announces that Richard Murray, Deputy Chairman, and Ian Martin, Chief Executive, have today each purchased 332,454 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 24p per share.

Following these transactions, Mr Murray holds 4,698,771 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 18.8% of the total voting rights in the Company. Mr Martin now holds 662,454 shares, representing 2.6% of the total voting rights.
