Share Awards to Employees
The Company announces that on 17 November 2011 it awarded 10,747 Treasury Shares to Brett Richards in respect of his contribution to the disposal of South East Asian assets, including the receipt of further proceeds as announced on 4 October 2011.
In addition, the Company announces that on 17 November 2011 Jim Wynn, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ('PDMR'), has exercised 25,000 options with an exercise price of 59.75 pence. The options were settled through Treasury Shares.

The Company announces that on 21 November 2011, Brett Richards (a person discharging managerial responsibility) bought 25,000 shares in the Company at a price of 220.0 pence.
