In conformity with the Transparency Directive, the Company notifies the market
of the following:
As at the date of this announcement, the Company's issued share capital consists ofΒ 121,576,530Β ordinary shares ofΒ 5Β pence each ('Ordinary Shares'). The Company holdsΒ 760,000Β Ordinary Shares in Treasury.
Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights isΒ 120,816,530.Β
The above figure ofΒ 120,816,530Β Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
