POSTPONES EGM

KYIV, UKRAINE - AVANGARDCO INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LIMITED (the "Company" or "Avangard"), the leading producer of shell eggs and egg products in Ukraine, announces today it has postponed the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of Shareholders originally to be held on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 to consider the approval of a share buyback program of the Company's shares in the form of global depositary receipts ("GDRs") in the open market. The new date for the EGM shall be announced at a later date.
