ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ITS EGM
KYIV, UKRAINE - AVANGARDCO INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LIMITED (the "Company" or "AVANGARDCO IPL"), the leading producer of shell eggs and egg products in Ukraine and the second largest producer globally, announces today the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of shareholders held at Anexartisias & Kyriakou Matsi, 3, 3040 Limassol, Cyprus, at 12:00 pm, local time, Wednesday, December 28, 2011.
The EGM approved all items on the agenda, including a share buyback program of the Company's shares in the form Global Depositary Receipts ("GDRs") in the open market with the following conditions:
·; Up to 5,000,000 (five million) GDRs to be purchased in the open market;
·; The buyback share program to be implemented at any time during a period of up to 3 (three) years and remain in force until December 28, 2014 as the deadline;
·; Purchases to be made at a market price ranging between USD1.00 (one) and maximum USD20.00 (twenty) per GDR.
