AGM Results

KYIV, UKRAINE - AVANGARDCO INVESTMENTS PUBLIC LIMITED (the "Company" or "Avangard"), the leading producer of shell eggs and egg products in Ukraine, announces its Annual General Meeting for the year 2011 was held at Sсhorsa Street 7/9, Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine, at 12:00 noon, local time, on Monday, August 29, 2011.

The Board of Directors of the Company together with the Shareholders:

·; Approved the reports of the Directors and auditors of the Company and the audited Financial Statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2010;

·; Approved the Annual Report of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2010;

·; Dismissed Baker Tilly Klitou & Partners Limited as the auditors of the Company;

·; Appointed KPMG Limited as the new auditors of the Company.
