PDMR Exercise of Options and Total Voting Rights
Avingtrans PLC (AIM: AVG), which designs, manufactures and supplies original equipment, systems and associated aftermarket services to the energy and medical sectors, announces that Stephen King (CFO), a PDMR in the Company, exercised 39,733 FY10 Unapproved CSOP Options for Ordinary Shares on 28 August 2020 with an option price of 39.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Avingtrans has applied for 39,733 new ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company to be admitted to trading on AIM on 4 September 2020.
Following the exercise, Stephen holds 259,538 ordinary shares, representing 0.82% of the Company's issued share capital.
Subsequent to the issue of the new Ordinary Shares as above, the Company's total issued share capital is 31,792,594 Ordinary Shares. Avingtrans does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Avingtrans is 31,792,594.
