PDMR Dealings
Avingtrans plc (AIM: AVG), which designs, manufactures and supplies critical components, modules, systems and associated services to the energy, medical and industrial sectors, announces certain dealings in its shares by Roger McDowell, Chairman.
PDMR Dealings
On 4 March 2024, Roger McDowell sold 27,900 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 370.0 pence per Ordinary Share. On the same date, Roger subsequently purchased 27,900 Ordinary Shares at a price of 370.1 pence per Ordinary Share into his SIPP.
As a result of the above activity, Roger's interest[1] in the Company's issued share capital remains unchanged at 1,406,409 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.3% of the Company's enlarged share capital.
