Result of AGM
LONDON and PHILADELPHIA - June 23, 2026 - Avacta Therapeutics (AIM: AVCT, "the Company", "Avacta"), a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing pre|CISION®, a tumor-activated oncology delivery platform, today announces that all resolutions were duly passed by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was held on Monday June 22.
