The following supplementary prospectus has been approved by the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority and is available for viewing:

Supplementary Prospectus dated 11 September 2023 (the "Supplementary Prospectus") supplementing the Base Prospectus dated 16 June 2023 (the "Base Prospectus") relating to a GBP £7,000,000,000 Euro Note Programme with Aviva plc as the issuer (the Base Prospectus as supplemented from time to time, the "Prospectus"). The programme enables the Issuer to issue debt instruments including a range of hybrid securities.
