NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
Aviva announces that:
Under the Aviva plc non-executive director share purchase programme (the "programme"), the following non-executive director of Aviva plc purchased ordinary shares. The transaction was made in London on 28 March 2023.

The programme allows non-executive directors to elect to use a proportion of their net director fees, paid quarterly, to acquire Aviva shares on a continuing basis. Full details of the share purchases are set out below.
