NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
Aviva announces that:
Jason Storah, CEO, Aviva UK & Ireland General Insurance and PDMR purchased 14 ordinary shares through the Global Matching Share Plan on 15 January 2024 at a price of £4.34135. Full details of the share purchase are set out below.
This announcement is made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018).
