Auto Trader Group plc (the "Company", "the Group")
Grant of SAYE Options and Notification of Transactions by PDMRs
Auto Trader Group plc is pleased to announce that it has launched the 2025 Save As You Earn Scheme (the "SAYE" Scheme) for all eligible employees. Eligible employees were invited to subscribe for options ("Options") over the Company's ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") which have been granted at an exercise price of 646.08p pence per Ordinary Share in accordance with the terms of the SAYE Scheme. The Options were granted on 22 July 2025 and will normally be exercisable from 1 September 2028 at the end of the three-year SAYE Scheme savings contract period.
Pursuant to this all-employee SAYE scheme award, Jamie Warner, Chief Financial Officer, was granted 937 SAYE Options. The Company was notified of the above transaction on 22 July 2025.
