Director Declaration - External Appointment

Auto Trader Group plc (LSE: AUTO, "Auto Trader" or the "Company), the UK's largest digital automotive marketplace, announces that Jill Easterbrook, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Ashtead Group plc (LSE: AHT), effective 1 January 2020. This announcement is made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14.
