Board Change
Autins Group plc (AIM: AUTG), the UK and European manufacturer of the patented Neptune melt-blown material and specialist in the design, manufacture and supply of acoustic and thermal insulation solutions, announces that Kamran Munir has resigned as Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") and Executive Director of the Company, with immediate effect.
The Company will shortly commence a process to identify a new CFO and will provide further updates in due course.
Adam Attwood, Chair of Autins Group plc, commented:
