Update to AGM - DI timetable and Dial-in Details
Further to the announcements of 15 February 2021 and 9 March 2021, the Company wishes to provide the following update in relation to the 13:1 share consolidation ("Share Consolidation") which is being proposed at the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") scheduled for 9.15a.m (AEDT) on 17 March 2021.
For Depositary Interests ("DIs"), which represent shares of the Company ("Shares"), and which are traded on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange, the proposed timetable for the DI consolidation will be as follows:
Notice of AGM announcement to Shareholders | 15 February 2021 |
AGM | 9.15 a.m. (AEDT) on 17 March 2021 |
Last day of dealing in the "unconsolidated" DIs | 19 March 2021 |
Record time and date for the DI consolidation | 5.00 p.m. (GMT) on 24 March 2021 |
Suspension lifted, Admission effective and dealings in DIs representing Shares expected to commence on AIM | 8.00 a.m. (GMT) on 26 March 2021 |
Crediting of CREST accounts with DIs representing Shares | 26 March 2021 |
To avoid market confusion and potentially unsettled trades at the Record date, trading in the Company's DIs on AIM will be suspended at 7.30am on 22 March 2021, and restored to trading at 7:30am 26 March 2021.
The Share Consolidation is conditional upon shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM therefore further announcements will be made in due course.
